They reviewed their refinishing process, their warranty, their timeframe for pick up, refinishing and delivery and exceeded our expectations. Twenty five + year old Woodard outdoor furniture set after Chair Care C. did it’s powder coating magic looks as new as if we had just purchased. To say we are delighted would be an understatement.

Chair Care did an AMAZING job restoring our Brown Jordan furniture that is 37 years old. They powder coated all the pieces, restrapped them, welded a number of spots, put feet and other small fixtures on the pieces. Throughout the whole process Steve responded promptly and courteously. Pick-up and delivery by John was a snap. We can’t wait until next year to start using the furniture. Thanks, Steve and company.

I found Steve at Chaircare hoping to get one sling made from a discontinued fabric in order to match the rest of my set. He called to let me know the fabric was discontinued but agreed to search hi and low in his warehouse for any remnants big enough to make this one sling. Well he came through and I appreciate the extra effort they went to instead of simply turning me away. Steve is just a great person to work with! And now my deck furniture all matches!

So far, Chair Care has had my four chairs for power coating for over three months. I cannot get anyone to return my emails or phone calls, or return the chairs, for that matter. Extraordinarily unprofessional. I will increase the rating once Steve calls me and delivers the chairs.

I had a very good experience with Chair Care, I found Steve easy to work with and helpful in picking out paint colors and fabrics. It helped that he was local so we could see in person all the possibilities.
Chair Care refurbished our entire Winston set (13 pieces) they look brand new and I expect to get another 15 years out of them.
I shopped multiple refurbishes and Steve beat the best price and had the work completed in a few weeks.
If I can I will attach pictures once I take them out of storage.

Quality of Refinishing and Additional Repair Work - Capital Letters OUTSTANDING. Honestly, better than new. Approximately 30 pieces of 50+ year old (Russell) Woodard Sculptura outdoor furniture
Service/Contact, Pick-Up, Drop-Off - Again, friendly, timely, professional, WONDERFUL.
Pricing - The best is never cheap, BUT, that having been said, I had this same lot of furniture refinished by a different company on Long Island just 9 years ago (before I found Chair Care) AND, though it was a generally unpleasant experience and low quality of work, the same price as Chair Care's!
Bottom Line - The highest quality of work, wonderful service, fair price!
